Dynamics 365 Implementation

The implementation process for D365 is slightly different, you still get all the support and hand holding you need during implementation, but with D365 there are three options to choose from:

 

DIY: FREE

No surprises here, this implementation process is handled by an implementation partner with no input from us.

It is free of charge, but of course you’ll miss out on spending time with us *sad face*

Assisted: £2,995

With assisted implementation we help you with the install and set up of your D365, and includes the following:

  • Initial fact find call with one of the NAVExperts
  • Importing your data into D365
  • Tailoring your D365 to your business
  • ½ day training
  • Four hours of complimentary support for the first 30 days after go-live*

Professional: fr £7,500

This is the Daddy of implementation options! This is full implementation with an onsite consultant undertaking a full scoping exercise.

This is a great choice for larger businesses and those operating from multiple locations.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV

We offer two levels of support for NAV: Pay-as-you-go and fixed fee. The pay-as-you-go option does exactly what it says on the tin, you only pay for the support you need. The fixed fee option works out more cost effective for those clients who require more support, it’s a pre-agreed, monthly fee to cover the support you need. Both options are extremely flexible and can be up or down graded at any time.
