With government advice continually developing, we wanted to let you know that here at NAV experts, we’re working tirelessly to ensure that not only are our staff in the safest of working conditions, but we’re still able to provide our clients with the support they need.

At the forefront of everything, employee safety remains our priority because without it, we cannot continue to deliver the same service to our clients that we have been. Here’s what we’re doing…

We’ve Put Measures In Place To Protect Our Employees

  • Provided technical resources to allow staff to work from home where needed.
  • Reduce/restricted client visits - the vast majority of our work is carried out remotely however for those who were hoping for visits, we’re now offering remote calls and remote working systems.
  • Immediate self-isolation for anyone showing symptoms or feeling unwell.

Confident In Our Ability To Deliver What You Need

Our employees have been equipped fully to continue providing the first-class service we’re known for. In fact, we’re confident that many won’t see a difference in the service they receive regardless of our physical working locations or whether our offices close entirely.

We will endeavour to monitor advice given by the UK government as well as NHS England. We will respond accordingly and if we need to, amend this information.

This is a very unusual and testing time for all however our commitment to our clients and our staff remains the same. We will get through this time together and we’ll come out the other side much stronger because of it. Stay safe and stay home.
